Our composites department has recently welcomed two new highly skilled and experienced technicians. Jarrod and Ivan bring a wealth of experience and together with Fernando, have been key in a busy period of composite deliveries to our customers.
We have recently upgraded our metrology abillity, we use a combination of CMM arms, laser scanning and structured light photogrammetry. We use these tools for quality control of critical features and form confirmation of organic shapes.
The Powertrain department has been busy expanding its capability to build & develop a variety of power units. Our SuperFlow engine Dyno is ready to test your project. We also have several Heritage projects to return iconic Tickford cars back to their original glory.
Our showcase 5 Axis CNC mill is the DMG Mori DMU, this powerhouse has been very busy in recent months. Work has consisted of supporting Tickford Racing manufacture their new Gen 3 Supercars and producing one-off prototypes for external customers.
